Cortol ACE is a freeze-dried adrenal glandular — bovine adrenal tissue, lyophilized to preserve its structure — supplied alongside the two nutrients the adrenal cortex consumes most heavily: vitamin C and pantothenic acid (B5).
That pairing is not arbitrary. The adrenal gland holds one of the highest concentrations of vitamin C of any tissue in the body, and pantothenic acid is the backbone of coenzyme A, without which the steroid hormone pathway cannot run. Glandular preparations rest on an old and simple premise: that the tissue itself supplies the raw material the corresponding gland is built from.
It is used to support normal adrenal function and a healthy response to everyday stress.
