Melatone is a straightforward 5 mg melatonin softgel — the higher-dose counterpart to the sustained-release Multiphasic, for people who have found that they need it.

Melatonin is the hormone the pineal gland secretes as light falls, and it functions as the body's principal signal that night has come. It is used to support the normal onset of sleep and healthy circadian rhythm. Because it is a signaling molecule rather than a sedative, timing tends to matter more than dose — and more is not automatically better. Many people do well starting low.

Delivered in a softgel for absorption. Contains no sugar, corn, yeast, wheat, or egg. Contains soy.

Store in a cool, dark place — melatonin is light-sensitive.
