Passionate Sleep pairs 100 mg of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) with melatonin and supporting synergists.

Passionflower has a long history in Western herbal practice as a calming botanical, used to support a settled nervous system rather than to sedate it. Melatonin is the hormone the pineal gland releases as light fades — the body's signal that night has arrived. Together they are used to support the normal onset of sleep and a smooth transition between sleep stages, without the abrupt, vivid-dream awakenings that some sleep aids produce.
